Field Education team presented at CSWE Conference “Field Director’s Survival Guide: The First Two Years”

Several of our Field Education team presented on October 31, 2013 to the CSWE Conference.

Our presentation was entitled:  Field Director’s Survival Guide: The First Two Years.

It was designed for relatively new field directors who need to learn the nuts and bolts of field education.  This was a presentation as part of the FDDI (Field Director Development Institute) which is a pre-conference workshop for field directors and field staff.  It is a very competitive process where we had to anonymously submit our proposal and two were chosen—each for a half day presentation.  We presented in the morning.  The initial registration was for 35 people but the waiting list became so long that they raised it up to 65.  This is the 3rd time that we have been chosen to present an FDDI session.

Congratulations to Ann, Michele, Kim, and Kathy on a presentation well done!

Questions about the presentation can please be directed to Ann Petrila via email to Ann.Petrila@du.edu.
